The story

One bag. One real prototype. One question.

I spent two years carrying laptop bags that were either too sharp for the weekend or too soft for the office. Nothing felt right between the two. So I made one, by hand, and used it every day for a year.

Folio is that bag, refined. Built from a single functional prototype, now testing demand for the first production run. If enough of you want one, we tool it. If not, we go back to the bench. Either way, your card is never charged unless we make it.

    Refundable any time before production starts. Your card is authorized, not charged.

    We hit 150 reservations

    That's the number that lets us tool a small first run without compromise.

    We tool & ship in ~10 weeks

    $299 founder price (vs. $399 retail). Your $25 comes off the final total.

    If we miss, you're refunded

    If we don't hit 150 this round, every authorization expires automatically. No charge, no fuss.
